The Plan:
Open in the next couple of weeks… get an on-line shop established for shipping and in-store pick up…
There’s been some hold-ups/technicalities which have prevented the shop from opening on schedule.
Boo!
However, I did swing by the space before the holidays and am happy to report that the renovations were 90% complete.
I need to throw on a coat or two of paint and move shelving in and we should be good to go!
Once I get the ok from the landlord, I’ll be able to post some progress photos; this is really happening!
That being said, if you have any requests for items, please let me know and I will do my best to have them in stock (and set aside if you’d like) when the shop opens.

Thanks for all your support while we get over these speed bumps; it’s all happening for a reason. I don’t know that reason yet, but I’m one of those people who believes that things happen when it’s destined.
Fingers and toes crossed, fresh & fluffy should be open by the end of January.

I’m overwhelmed at the receptiveness to cloth diapering… probably as overwhelming as I was when I made the decision TO c.d.
And that’s what we’re here for!
Not only will be fresh & fluffy be the place to buy your Blueberrys, Organic Caboose, Earth Momma Angel Baby, etc. etc. etc., we’ll be there to help you along the way.
If you’ve got questions, hopefully we can find the answers.
The biggest thing I heard at the expo, well, besides being in the southtowns, was “My husband’s on the fence…”
Been there.
Done that.
My husband was certain I’d finally lost my marbles when I told him we should consider cloth. The usual arguments arose: So much laundry! (every 2-3 days) POOP! In. The. Washer. (one, where does blow-out poop end up? two, we’re not putting whole solid messes in there…) Too much money! (and then we looked into the cost savings.)
If you stopped by the expo, you noticed I had ALL pockets.
Sorry about that… ends up my LLC went through on the 8th (my son’s birthday, coincidentally) so after applying for my appropriate documents, I had about a week and a half to get in what you saw on the table.
When fresh & fluffy opens, I hope to have something to meet everyone’s needs and budgets. I WILL have prefolds and covers. I’m looking into AIO, AI2, snaps, H&L; seeing what I can get in in time.

Oh, and call us before you take that trip to Rochester… we very well may have (or be able to get) what you’re looking for. Unless you’re going to the Strong Museum of Play, because I won’t have any of that stuff around *smirk*.

We will be located at 164 Buffalo Street, Hamburg NY 14075.
Hopefully, we’ll be open by the end of January…
You can visit us at the WNY Pregnancy and Baby Expo where we’ll be making a minor debut. If all goes well, we should have ButterBears TyeDye Pockets, cleaners by Assuan Natural, home and body products from Babyganics, Hevea pacis and teethers, products from iplay babywear, momma cloth, super cute hobo-style wet bags, trainers and ruffled/lacy pockets!
fresh & fluffy will specialize in American and Canadian made cloth diapers and accessories.
We’ll also have a selection of bio-based cleaners, because who wants to wear a gasmask when they clean!?
We’re also working to get some classes established, so please, let me know what kind of classes or products you’d like to see!
